2. Reservations and Bookings

2.2. Guarantee: All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee at the time of booking. Certain rates or packages may require full payment in advance.

2.3. Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation number from Imperial Grand Hotels & Resorts.

2.4. Special Requests: While we endeavour to accommodate special requests, such as specific room types or adjacent rooms, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

3.1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary based on the rate type, package, and season. Details will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the specified period or a no-show will result in charges, typically equivalent to one night's stay or the full booking value for non-refundable rates.

3.2. Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed according to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1. Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.2. Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests remaining in their rooms after check-out time without prior arrangement may be charged a late departure fee or an additional night's stay.

4.3. Identification: Valid photographic identification and a valid credit card are required at check-in for all guests.

5. Guest Conduct and Hotel Policy

5.1. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to our property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay, whether accidental or intentional. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

5.2. Non-Smoking Policy: Imperial Grand Hotels & Resorts operates a strict non-smoking policy in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, restaurants, and public spaces. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations of this policy. Designated smoking areas may be available outdoors.

5.4. Noise: Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to ensure the comfort of all guests.

5.5. Prohibited Activities: Prostitution, illegal gambling, drug use, and any other unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on our premises.

6. Spa & Wellness Services

6.1. Appointments: Spa and wellness treatments require advance booking and are subject to availability.

6.2. Health Conditions: Guests are required to inform our spa staff of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their treatment.

7. Event Management & Conference Facilities

Event and conference bookings are subject to separate contractual agreements, which will detail specific terms regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and venue usage.
